Return Policy
Flexees® Shapewear, Undergarments, Leggings, pants aims for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
Return Window. Customers may return eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date. We require a receipt as proof of purchase for all returns and exchanges.
Eligible Items. Most unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days with a receipt. Clearance/markdown items, intimate apparel, hosiery, face masks, and face shields are final sale and cannot be returned. Swimwear, face masks, and face shields may only be returned in new condition with the protective hygiene strip unopened.
Refunds. Refunds for returned items will be issued in the original form of payment. For purchases made with promotional offers, the amount of the refund may be adjusted to account for redeemed promotions. Refunds for gift card or gift certificate purchases will be issued as store credit redeemable in-store or online.
Shipping Fees. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees to return items to our stores, unless the return is due to our error or the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged/Defective Items. Items damaged or defective upon delivery must be returned within 30 days with a receipt and original packaging. Please contact Customer Service immediately to start the return/exchange process for damaged or defective items.
Exchanges. Most items can be exchanged for the same item or a different item of equal or greater value within 30 days, unless marked as final sale. Clearance items and intimates may only be exchanged for items of equal or greater value. Exchanged items will assume the discount of the original product, and any overages must be paid by the customer.
The Return Policy is subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Flexees® Shapewear, Undergarments, Leggings, pants. All returns and exchanges are subject to the current Return Policy at the time of the requested transaction.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Processing may take 1-2 additional days during peak sales periods.
Shipping Costs. Standard shipping costs are $5.95. Shipping is free for orders over $100. Expedited and rush shipping options are available at additional cost. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout based on items in your cart and your address.
Shipping Methods. We offer standard ground shipping through USPS or UPS. Expedited, 2-day, next day, and rush delivery options through USPS, UPS, and FedEx are available at additional cost.
Expected Transit Times. Standard shipping deliveries typically arrive within 5-7 business days after the order leaves our fulfillment center. Transit times for expedited shipping methods will be displayed during checkout. Expected delivery dates are estimates only; actual transit times may vary due to carrier delays or external factors.

Refused Packages. If you or someone at your address refuses a package delivery, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs as well as any return shipping fees. We do not issue refunds for refused shipments.
